Dinner 9/27/10 Pork Chops w/ Fig Sauce... Butter Roasted Butternut Squash...Sauted Spinach




Our pureed garden tomatoes sauteed with evoo, garlic, hot peppers, white wine, splash of balsamic, sliced black figs, fig jam, salt to taste, and fresh sage
