Dinner 10/19/10 Penne w/ Chicken Sausage,Butternut Squash,Mushroons and Onions w/ a BIG Splash of evo and a hit of Wht. Truffle Oil..Salad w/ Apples &

















































Remove fat from the pan that you fried the sausage in and deglaze w/stock and add to the pasta to give it that moister and flavor along with parm.
