Dinner 10/20/09 Pan Roasted Cod



















Leeks wilted w/Butter, Chicken Stock, Turmeric, S+P, Marjoram and
enough Lemon Juice to make it sparkle;
{Bree Monte} mound with butter...........................................
Tomato Fondue:
Butter, O Oil, Garlic, Tomato, Black Pepper, Juice from 1/2 Lemon...COOK............................... Finish with Sun Dried Tomatoes and a T. of Pesto.
Steamed Broccoli... warmed with Caramelized Garlic w/ Red Pepper Flakes.
Dredge COD In Flour and S+P and Fry.
WOW I LOVED THIS. Sweat.................
and COD loves Lemon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
