Giambotto





Chicken , Pepper , Onion , Mushroom , garlic , rosemary , thyme , red pepper flakes and a splash of balsamic vin. at
the end of cooking...

Start: Brown chicken {we like to roast dark meat} and potatoes....
add Mushrooms and roasted peppers.

Place in 375 degree oven for 40 min. or so: to evaporate the juices but not dry.

Salad w/ Fried Capers and Parmigano
